Ksenia Datsyuk
Ksenia Datsyuk – an Ukrainian artist, was born in a family of artists and sculptors in Lviv city. Her creative search began at a young age, she draws as much as she remembers herself. She graduated from the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (Kyiv), the Department of Easel Painting and the Lesia Ukrainka Eastern European National University (Lutsk). She works in the techniques of modern painting and graphics, as well as in digital art. Participates in group and personal projects in Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine and abroad. The theme that permeates most of the work is the female image, the study of it’s psychological states. And she receives inspiration from everything that surrounds her. Sometimes these are ordinary things that we do not pay attention to, and she revives them in her canvases. The work should involve the viewer in the dialogue and allow to feel the thoughts and the state of the author. The artworks are in private and museum collections.
