How we work

G.ART makes outstanding and diverse original art from the Eastern European region accessible to a global audience. The company is based in Berlin and was founded by east European art lovers, artists and passionate entrepreneurs.
Artworks of many of our artists were part of exhibitions and can be found in museums and collections. The artworks have been carefully selected by the GART team and art experts based on longstanding knowledge of and connections into east European art markets.
We tenderly support our customers whole way, from choosing to mounting artworks on the wall.

Dzhemma Grebenko

Co-founder

Dzhemma had the idea of founding the online gallery when becoming aware that art from east European countries, while having a long tradition and high quality, is underrepresented in people’s minds. As a successful entrepreneur and after certified courses in art management and curatorship at the Berlin University of Arts she wants to make art from east Europe as popular as it deserves.

Petro Hrebenko

Co-founder

Petro studied information technology in Kyiv and built his know-how by working for companies from several countries and sectors. Currently, he heads the IT department of a successful start-up in Berlin. By combining his interest in art and IT, he wants to make art from his home region accessible to people across the globe.

Anastasiia Arakelian

Creative director

Anastasiia has been in step with art in the field of fineart photography since her childhood. Complementing her creative vision with a professional education in management and marketing, she instills her idears in the project, thus trying to communicate our mission to the world.
